  • Learn the nuts and bolts of room layout and design, including our time-proven redesign process you can use on all types of homes for consistent “Wow!” results.
  • Focus on the fundamentals of Interior Redesign, furniture placement, lighting, art and accessories, and how to assess your client’s needs.
  • Test your skills by participating in redesigns in at least 2 different homes.
  • Participate in real-world homework assignments.
  • What tools you will need in your toolbox and how to use them?
  • Learn how to price your services.
  • Receive a Professionally constructed manual that you’ll use again and again, plus a bonus tool-kit including important tools of the trade.
  • Receive individual coaching in a course with no larger than six students.
  • Eligibility to join various organizations as a professional, including DSA and RESA. DSA membership is free for 5 days students.
  • Role-Play various customer contact points including the all-important initial interview.
  • Certified Staging Training from Initial assessment to Enhance staging of occupied homes.
  • Learn how to do proposals and bids to stage vacant homes.
  • Learn how to stage vacant homes with rental furniture or your own inventory.
  • Learn how to price your staging services.
  • Perfect the art of the “before-and-after” photo and learn how to use photography and testimonials in your redesign/staging business.

The hands-on experience is invaluable to the redesign process. We will be placing the furniture, artwork and accessories with the guidance of me, as your instructor and a proven process. Working with before and after photos in class and then dealing with furniture, depth and dimensions in real life are two great ways to cement the learning experience and build confidence. Along with the classroom instruction and hands-on training, you will receive an extensive and information filled manual to be used not only during your training, but is set-up to be used as a reference and guide after you have completed the training.

Upon completion of your 5-Day intensive training, you’ll be ready to move forward as a
SRG Certified Redesign/Staging Professional or a SRG Certified Home Staging Professional.

Cost of 5 Day: $2,100 (Min Deposit $500)

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be given if the student cancels 14 days prior to the first day of class. A 75% refund will apply if the student cancels after the 14 day cancellation period. No refund will be given after the start of classes. However, should a student need to cancel or leave due to an emergency, the tuition will be applied to another scheduled class. Refunds will be mailed to the student within fourteen days of cancellation.

In the unlikely event the Staging Redesign Group has to cancel or postpone a class the option will be given for a full refund or funds applied to the next available class.
